help with 90's scary movie

This movie would have been from about 10yrs ago. It involved a little girl (who was a ballerina)who was killed in a car accident. SHe ends up haunting her family...one thing she does is make her music box play all the time. There may have been a white owl that hung around the familys house all the time too. She would also appear to them at the familys gazeebo. Any ideas???

She evil, if so I'll watch it if not then to hell with it.

is that the one where the guy throws the ball in the river and comes home and the ball comes bouncing down the stairs ?

I think I've seen that movie, but that ain't it. The ghost in that movie was a boy who was drowned.

The Changling is the one with the ball and the little boy, with George C. Scott, Im not sure of the one with the girl
