I think basically he is saying that it has to be taller than it is wide, and less than 501px tall. So your sig could be 500 x 499 pixels.

Yes. Sigs (450x150) often suck because the don't do justice to the render. I often give duels that allow you 1. more createive freedom, 2. to properly use renders in the way you see fit.

Further explination.

The size of your entry must be under 100kb

500x499 is the max size of your image, any size smaller than that is perfectly acceptable/even advantageous (as long as it is at least one pixel taller than it is wide). Your choice of canvas size should reflect your intentions with the entry and enhance the quality of the render.

If you feel that you do not like these requirements, you can petition me to change them, with 66666's approval of course.

I like stuff like this, with the different size requirements. If I dueled, I'd want every match to be something like "signature must be upsidedown" or "Yoda can't be touching her nipple". Things like that.
