whose desepro I've never even heard of it, powers/strength?

despero DOES look pretty bad ass.

Despero. He's telepathy is god-like.

His strength is very high as he has lifted the Rock of Eternity, a non jobbing Despero takes on the JLA solo.

Damn. Despero wins this. If this was any other form of Hulk besides Grey and Professor, Hulk'd win this. Becuz he has no mind and has resistance to mind attacks. However, this is Maestro. He loses. badly
