Strong Guy vs. Abomination

How? by hitting him and making strong guy stronger?
Strong guy is a better fighter and he won't get hurt by a someone who's hitting him so my pick is strong guy.

strong guy has to absorb energy to get strong
but coz abombination has gamma energy and radiation of him
strong guy sucks up energy and kills him

I thought the more he absorbs the more deformed he gets.

He also has to expell the energy he absorbs in, I think, 60 seconds.

I'm not sure which way this would go, but I'm leaning towards Abomination because of Strong Guy's limitations.

90 seconds. Strong guy won't get hurt by the energy, he'll just get deformed. he's in constant pain, so he would be used to the hurt. strong guy flattens abom.

Guido is not the best super hero but he aint gonna lose to some idiot like abomination I say 3 fully absorbed energy packed PUNCH is all he needs to knock abomination's ugly ass on the ground
