Every team has some TP or at least plenty of people resistant to it. Do you really see this being an issue? And if Juggs is allowed, how else would you beat him?

We're considering BFR by normal means (i.e. not teleportation or dimension-traveling) a win against Juggs as well. It gives teams some leverage, and at least a couple ways to beat him.

If they argue their way to a win against Shaman/GL, there isn't a team out there who couldn't deal with Juggs one of these 2 ways.
