I remember a thread awhile back about some cosmic being talking to reed richards about the creation of the universe or somthing

can anyone tell me what issue that was/ or/and what happened afterwards

i dont remember that, but silver surfer is suposed to be in the fantastic 4 movie, he's cosmic
