Sensitivity is for losers.

Hi I'm a loser.

I Can’t

A small note
Simple words written
Passed
Sharp intake of breath
My head turns
Her eyes wide
Is that terror?
Or excitement I see?
“Well?” say I
“I can’t” she replies
Her eyes speak differently

Rain of Seasons

Summer rain is naught,
A mere myth of those days.
Autumn rain is bitter,
Reluctant to push the last away
Winter rain is cruel,
Harsh on skin and bone
But spring rain is perfect,
For then new life is shown.

Smile

You walk past me everyday
I lust after you in every way
Although, I’m afraid to say
I have yet to see you smile.

You hang with friends at the mall
Summer, winter, spring, and fall
They joke and laugh, and through it all
Never have you smiled.

Then one night, dark and cloudy
I found you alone, or maybe you found me
And after that night, I can say proudly
I was the first to make you smile.

A Return to a Higher Plain

The wordz make no sence
The verbz am out of tense
The linez does not come
Though within my hart are tonz
A nonsensical pome of idiosy
Thats all that this iz too me.

Sans Mind

Hopes and dreams all gone to waste
I threw them away to see her face
Deathly beautiful
O, how wonderful
That I am with my love again.

Now I grow older
And I must consider
Actions of that past
For that love did not last
That love was all pain.

My shredded dreams
My torn hopes
All to the bin
For only
a girl
With no love within.

I red her my poetry,
I blue her off her feet
She was sweeter than sugar
But with no love for me.

So now I am alone
And perhaps insane
Sans eyes, sans ears
To never love again.

Slow Down

You slide through the halls
Swiftly and soundlessly
At a pace that, should you fall
You might die.

You’re in all accel. classes
Which suits your personality
Though no contacts nor glasses
Shield your eyes.

You swim like a shark
Faster than lightening
No wonder you’re the team star
And of town.

But here’s a piece of advice
Although to you it may be frightening
You only get one life
So slow down.

Gifts

Candy, both sweet and sour
Do my heart devour.
From chewy to hard,
I’ll eat every shard.
I’ll take everything
That you give me.

A glance my way,
A retort to what I say.
Perhaps even a smile,
That leaves me lacking guile.
I’ll take anything
That you give me.

But these hopes do not manifest
You brush me off as a pest
But I do not really care
‘Cause I know life ain’t that fair
So I’ll take the nothing
That you give me.
