Theoretically, If Superboy Prime really was able to survive the big bang as he claimed then SBP would win since that would be the ultimate attack any contestant could try and pull off.

Realistically, Imperiex wins. Galactus has energy issues.

galactus survived the bigbang , also, if he's 100%, he can destory the universe 10x's, which would be a greater attack than the bang.

He didn't just stand there and survive the big bang.
There were very specific circumstances.

There is no proof whatsoever that Galactus can destroy the universe 1x, nevermind 10x.

Kismet is equal to Eternity, and Superman combined with her temporarily to defeat Imperiex. (Who still survived since he is pretty much indestructible.)

Galactus however, isn't indestructable and can die...
