No Bt is like venom strength and speed and agility + a good hand to hand combatant so a bunch of gadgets to weaken him then team blows for the win

If thet dont get killed first. he was matching spider-man' speed and he's strenght is quite above him. he was also highly skilled and have no qualms to kill.
