I think we should first decide, as a whole, what we would like to customize. If a garment is preferred, then we would have to choose between a shirt, a jumper, ... and a different style for male and female. Next short sleeved, long sleeved, sleeveless, ... and the colour. Then we can start working on a "design".

I vote, since we're just beginning with this notion, that we use just regular tshirts, maybe black and white. Seems simple enough, right?

I'd Be down for helping on some of the design...

We could do a shirt on the color scheme of the EpisodeII.co.uk forum skin and another on the blue-and-white KMC color scheme.

Agreed. So members would have to design it. We could take up orders before a first batch of anything is made so that we wouldn't waste any money making too many. Assuming they're reasonably popular, we could open an online KMC store to sell them through after the first batch is shipped off.
