Well they both were way underpowered but even without the feats in the movie when they were reading his prison bio they said that if he gains forward momentum he can’t be stopped. However if you compare what is stopped like making him not move for an hour then I would give it to Spidey. His webs in the movie were about as strong as in the comics and he has web the Juggernaut in the comics that has held him for a bit (and that’s the full powered version) and normally it comes down to him out smarting him.

How was Spider-man AT ALL depowered in the movie? 😕 A lot of people say that Spider-man was depowered in that movie, but I really don't see that.
