Who has the best absorbing powers?

Who can absorb the most with least reprocussions?

Captain Atom can absorbed any amount of energy, but he skips through time relative to that, which is a pretty big reprocussion.

Winter (from Storm Watch) can absorb plenty, including the SUN, but his isn't very efficent and destroyed his body.

Bishop can absorb quite a bit, but if he does too much, he explodes which is pretty bad.

Silver Surfer can absorb loads, but when he does too much it all just spills out in gaint beams, which is also pretty bad.

Anyone else?

Oh, yeah forgot about Absorbingman. Does he get knocked out if he tries to take to much energy? That happens to him when he tries to absorb the Hulk's gamma radiation.

Add Superman Blue to that list.

His absorbing feats are insane.

Oh, and I just remembered Parasite. He could absorb plenty, but he get more obessed with the energy the more he took.

of course stupid-man has to be the best at everything b/c he can't let anyone have a moment to shine.

Just talking raw energy Thor(Mjolnir) has some insane absorbtion feats.

isn't that technically the hammer, and not the user itself? if someone else is "worthy", they could use it for the same effect.

Green Lantern's can absorb all different kinds of energy. Singularities, cosmic energy, life forces, etc.

Technically it is the hammer but someones has to be able to handle the hammer and now how to use its power. Very few individuals are worthy and even less would know how to do it, espically redirecting it in ways Thor has. Like making a living sun from a dead star. Yes it comes down to mjolnir though.

GL's is the cooleset.

Just curious. When has Bishop ever been shown to have some sort of punishable limit to his energy absorbing? I've never once read anything about him possibly exploding if he absorbs too much. If I'm wrong, that's cool, I've just never heard it before.
