Thanos got the HOTU because the amount of willpower he had, I don't think Shazam has that much willpower.

he got the heart cause TOAA wanted to shrug off the responcibility of fixing the multiverse to someone else since it required him to sacrifice himself if he didnt read the beginning thanos says he was tricked.
