Lots of people have reccomended those games to me. I tried one but I don't like the way you fight in it. And I've heard that the fighting systems the same in all of the games.

It's a very select taste.

Some people like it and others don't. It requires a certain amount of patience.

i thought that i couldnt play it, until someone lent me the game, along with a couple others.
and to my surprise i liked it. and then i beat it, in like 7 days, i had 80 hours on it and beat it.
i still cant beat those god damn weapons though....

For some of us, the story and characters alone are enough to go on beating the game. Final Fantasy VII is one of those games.
