Exactly, the whole book is about how the Ministry is against him and says he's lying, and how it is proven that Harry is telling the truth. And the change it!

Exactly. They all think he's an insane, over-imaginative boy who lies to make himself seem more clever, popular, powerful or whatever. The key word being lies. I suppose it could be considered 'rule-breaking' but that's not the point cry

I have a feeling I will not like Yates after seeing this film 🙂

But J.K herself said that the script was a good and faithful adaption to the book, so maybe we are digging too deep into this and seeing things that maybe different when the movie is released

If you look at the picture of Dan's hand, you'll see clearly that they've changed 'I will not tell lies' to 'I will not break the rules'. Quite a distinctive change when you consider the books and the point of the writing on Harry's hand.

I agree but what annoyes me is that the book is very big and the movie will only be two hours long WHY ?? 😠
