That's probably because by coincidence they are the same people. EG: Bardock.
Most people who dwell and remain in the OTF do so because they can't really be taken seriously anywhere else, or contribute properly to much else. Hence why there is the OTF, for people who make threads about "I just saw a cat outside my window!".
I'm not having a go at the OTF, it does it's job, but that's how it is.

Well, I was just sort of admitting that you are right in some respect. Guys like me, we have no business in any serious forum whatsoever. Well, I tend to be professional in The Movie forum, but I find it hard to be serious in any other forum, unless I get the urge to post in the Philosophy Forum.
