So here r the rules. Akuma has all his abilities from Street Fighter 3, so that includes all the new moves he has. Bison is in his incarnation from street fighter Alpha 3 so he can teleport, hover, throw projectiles(i think) and has his giant psycho crusher which can't be avoided. Who'd win?
