(Onaga, Blaze and gods like Raiden & Shinnok are not allowed)

All the characters that have appeared in Street Fighter.

Shao Khan(not allowed to wield his hammer), Shang Tsung and Undeads are allowed.

Akuma is in his Shin form

Bison is in his SFA3 incarnation so he has the giant psycho crusher

Oro has unsealed his arm

Charlie is also present

So which team wins and why?
