Actually, Marvel and Superman are and will always be neck to neck in physical stats. As a nod to the fact that Marvel was Supermans first clone, and more popular than him for a time at that. Even though Marvel was flying before Superman ever did.
Marvel and Superman are exact equals. Marvel gains an advantage, thus ending the stalemate when he charges his fists for more effect. But he's easily his equal.

However, Superman makes up for it in versatility. 😬 Besides that, they usually just have a good old fashion slug fest when they fight anyway. Captain Marvel doesn't have the speed feats that puts him on Superman's level. We have the fact that Flash stated that he must use the speed force, however that doesn't mean much considering what he said about Doomsday. Although, I know that their strength is pretty much even. Once Superman got Billy in a headlock and stated something like "Our strength is so close that I can't let go of his head" or something along the lines of that. So if you're going to ask me who I think would win in a fight between them, I'd say Superman 5.5/10. Why? Simply a lack of speed feats on CM's part and the fact that Superman is overall more powerful due to being more versatile. I'm not denying the fact that he's fast, I just don't think he's as fast as Superman. Although, it doesn't really matter what we think on this subject. DC will ALWAYS have their fights going either way and they will always be portrayed as equals.

Ignoring EVERYONE whos posted so far...I gotta say the speedblitz is a mighty weapon, but versitility and a certain tactical advantage is on the Thor/CM side....magic affects Superman and Ive always been on the mind that CM>WW other than speed. If CM can take either WW or Supers, Thor should be able to use his more exotic powers to just BRF them away or do something impressive
Though this brings along a question. Whats more powerful? A godblast, or a godwave??

Alright then. Thor fights WW, charging his hammer throws. They go ftl, so they will hit her, of course, damage nullified due to her braces staying crossed. Stalemate.Marvel fights Superman and starts charging his punches, to make him feel it on the skin. Superman opens up with hv. Marvel hurts Superman, Superman hurts Marvel, but they both keep at it. It looks like the combination of hv, icebreath and punches are wearing on Marvel. He's hurt bad, real bad.
As Superman speeds towards him, with the intent to finish it, blood streaming his face and matting his hair, Marvel says the magic word. Shazam.
Superman, after the long fight, just can't take this blast of high powered magical lighting. He falls, his tattered cape descending over his inert body like a blanket. Marvel looks up, and with resigned eyes heads over to help Thor finish WW.
And he cracks her gauntlets with a grunt at best, since of course, he being Supermans equal, and Superman did so in S/B.
WW, her boon destroyed, only has the time to look up and see a relatively fresh Thor with a smirk, swinging the hammer at ungodly speeds. All she has time to say, is "by Athena.................End.Is that not reasonable??

I just thought of something people since everyone is basically claiming Superman dies instantly because of his weakness to magic and since Wonder Woman is not only not weak against magic but, resistant to is how would that effect Thor's power on her would they be cut be 10%, 30%, 50%,etc.
