Hmmm... tough one. I'm leaning towards Strange myself.

Whoever lands the first hit wins. A solid magical blast could put Warlock down. A solid Karmic Blast would put Strange down.

What can Warlock do without the Soul Gem?

I would have to give this to Warlock, since they can not have any protective spells already up unless it’s automatic or always on and since the Soul Gem is always on and apart of him all he has to do is think and bye bye Dr. Strange.

Warlock will lose Strange has almost is just to powerful 6/10

Warlock was doing well against Thor until he relied on his physical strength. Warlock can do plenty without the gem.
