I'd rather get an overall opinion on Ray II. I'm on the fence with him but theres only one team here that would suffer badly against him which is their own fault.

Honestly I want to say yes on Ray. Unlike Iceman, who in Blair Wind mode is debatable against anyone with fluid in their body, Ray can be beaten in a number of ways. Even a punch if you catch him quick enough.
