Well in that case, he doesn't get past tier 1. cause Kyle Beats Starhawk.
I agree with the previous poster. Kyle is greater than or equal to Hal, but both are greater than Kilowog, who is greater than John, who is greater than or equal to Guy. Starhawk goes down in round one.

Kyle is the rookie. Plain and simple. His experience factor is dwarfed by the other members of the core.

EX: I have one of the most powerful weapons in the universe!!! But I'll try and punch Deathstroke in the face!!! I could take him!!!

Starhawk is no pushover. He battled the Keeper for a short while. He also held his own against Korvac. Damn. This guy's main foe was Michael Korvac. He battled quite a few different Korvac manifestations and held his own.

How does he go down? I know, he'll trip and fall over Kyle's corpse.

John beat Superman. Guy got his ass kicked by Superman. To add insult to injury, Guy's ring didn't work on Superman because Supe's flat out had more will power. 😐 So I'd say John>Guy 😐 😐 😐
