Hey you can give them 50, 100, 150, and so on and so forth but if one doesn't say how many rings they start out with in combat then it cannot be decided until he says so. And even then all Super Sonic/Shadow has to do is use Chaos Control to freeze time 😄

Overrated:Tails from Sonic, Chris in RE, Raiden in MGS2.

overrated: Characters from Street Fighter. People seem to think they are in the same level as DBZ. how wrong they are.

Over rated: Sephroth and Master Chief, and pretty much any othr FF main character.

Overrated: Master Chief by far with his amazing "planet lifting" abilities and can somehow carry all his weapons. Street Fighters characters and how so many people put them on par with DBZ characters. A couple of Final Fantasy characters like Tidus, Squall, Zidane, Cloud, Sephiroth, Kuja, Kadaj, and other major villains mainly because most of them have no true strength because they are only as strong as you make them. Kratos from God of War, oh no he killed a God but he needed to use Pandora's Box. Dante with that Devil Trigger and Spada, all of a sudden he's God. Knuckles with people saying he can defeat Sonic...which is dumb because Sonic already defeated Knuckles and Knux hasn't defeated Sonic. DBZ characters and for some reason everyone likes to think they're immortal Gods capable of anything and everything. Zelda characters, for some reason people like to think that just because Link had the Triforce makes him invincible and yet he isn't. Samus, a lot like of people like to make it seem like she is this great warrior who cannot be defeated by anyone. All the Star Wars characters; oh no they have the Force that must mean they automatically win. Superman...need I say anything here? Just go to the Goku vs. Superman thread.

Underrated: The Super Mario Bros, both Mario and Luigi and also King Bowser Koopa. Super Sonic/Shadow; as long as they have rings they have unlimited power and are invincible and have control of space and time. Megaman X and how some people say put him at his strongest, X would have unlimited power and control of space and time. Samus...she is either overrated or underrated all the time. Cut her some slack. Link, same with Samus.

Over-rated: Master Chief, Sephiroth, and anyone that stupid little fanboys and girls dribble and swoon over. Go create some more of that God-awful fan fiction porn, losers.

Under-rated: Superman. Clearly this guy is just freaking sweet, but because he lacks penis-extending normal-maps or a big stupid sword, and isn't drawn in some shitty anime style, he's overlooked. The man just overshadows pretty much every other living creature ever made. He'd cripple Chuck Norris just by sending him an angry letter.
