Mace gets my vote. He can take Sidious...likely any other sith. I think he could manage any Jedi 1 on 1 as well.

I would have to go with Palpatine. He lost the lightsaber fight against Mace but even if Anakin didn't show up Palpatine would have been the victor considering he defeated Yoda basically using the Force alone.

Ah but it was also pointed out ( by George himself I believe) that even at that unreached potential, Anakin Skywalker was at the time of Episode 3 the most powerful amoungst the force users so he gets my vote. ✅
