Well if you talk physics then Fire, ice is just less heat and has a limit of absolute zero where heat has no limit. Hottest temperature ever recorded on Earth was 3.6 billion degrees.

I chose fire, because I like candles 🙂

Fire doesn’t have to mean a forest fire; by definition it can also mean plasma.

1) A rapid, persistent chemical change that releases heat and light and is accompanied by flame, especially the exothermic oxidation of a combustible substance.
2) Burning fuel or other material
As for the temperature of a brush/forest fire it can range between 800 to 1000 degrees.
