Some audio soft...

Does anyone have any experience working with protected audiofiles? I just need to remove protection, cause I can't use my new mp3-player and I've got the impressive collection of audio files!
I've read something about SoundTaxi - converting tool...
Did u try it? They say that results are quite impressive!!!
