It is impossible to tell what allows the people to buy an sell unless you know the
following things.

1. Which people are being discussed?
2. Why is there a need for money, or what caused them to
have a lack of funds?
3. When the first two questions are answered then the most
important can be asked. Who is the individual that will cause
the people to receive those needed funds?
4. Also, who are those being prevented from obtaining funds
because they have not received the Mark?

The Temporary International Mechanism was established on

Wait, what?! When did Satan start dealing in economics? Back to bloody goats and babies being slaughtered! Back, I say!

Before you can address those questions, you have to answer one very important question: why believe the bible?

Because everyone dies. Everyone.
It is the age old question. Why am I here and what is my purpose?
Have I evolved from an ape or did a God create me? Where will I
go when I die? I might live my life much differently if I believed there
was no God and nothing was waiting for me on the other side. It is
through the things that are here presently like the Earth and the Stars
that make it obvious that God created them. So for these and many
other reasons, I investigate why. I could not be like some and remain
apathetic, there is too much at stake. The first thing in investigating
why will always make you look for the creator; to search him out and
discover his purpose. This is why I read the Bible. It is the only logical
answer to all of these questions. Eventually, the parables will start
making sense. The whole Bible is a riddle. If God wanted us to know
everything he would have written it like a novel, but instead it is a
mystery that can only be figured out with time and patience.
The Bible is like a news item that hasn't happened yet. When it does
happen then and only then can the answer be seen. Christianity tells
the future. No other religion can begin to answer these questions.
That is why I believe the Bible. Ephraim

take a deep breath. go back, and read what you have written. isnt it more likely that you are merely thinking too much and trying to find generalised causes for things. and christianity gives conveient explanations for things? nuthing is happening, the sky isnt falling. and perhaps its paranioa like this on the part of others which makes their lives full of anxiety, guilt etc. and also leads them to do harsh things to others based on their paranioa. you need to calm down.

and mahmoud abbas isnt the devil, that gratious label is better suited for bush, or olmert or sharone.

This was a response to Shakyamunison.
Your opinion was noted in an earlier post.
Thank you for the first post. Ephraim

Condescension doesn't suit you.

...

Also, there's already scientific explanations for the universe. You don't need to turn to the Bible to answer it (which it doesn't, and is anything but logical). Just open your eyes and stop hiding behind the Fundamentalist banner.

Because right now you're probably 1-2 Jesus-stained threads away from being tuned out by the entire forum (most of whom know better) and just used as a forum amusement. Like JIA and his ilk.

Neither do threats suit you. If you don't want to hear what I have to
say, do not read my posts. I do not care what you believe. I am just
stating interpretations that come from a lifetime of study. I do not
expect everyone to agree with me, but your plea to censor me
makes you look silly. Ephraim

Threats? Who threatened you? You just treated leonheart (and now me) like crap and I pointed it out. It's a public forum where anyone can express their opinions and beliefs. I did read your posts, and if you want others to start taking you seriously you'll need to stop acting like a jerk, and start engaging people in discussion rather than having a one-way conversation with yourself where you do nothing but spout Biblical interpretations.

In May 2005 it was reported that scholars at Oxford University using advanced imaging techniques had been able to read previously illegible portions of an early (third century) version of the Book of Revelation, part of its Oxyrhynchus collection of papyri. The fragment gives the Number of the Beast as 616.

a frame: if at least you had any interesting things to say

Christianity tells the future
it doesnt and never had, at its dawn chrisitianity never took toll for the advanced progress man was able to do through the centuries. The bible like the qur'an is out of date. They are stuck back to the time they were written. And for that period of time they looked subtle, now though nothing more like just another fairytale mythology, just as naive as Roman, Greek, and Norse mythology

The fragment gives the Number of the Beast as 616.
yeah 666 the number of talents King Solomon received

I remember that. It got brought up in the comic forum because the mainstream Marvel Universe is universe #616. It was like "OmgZ!! Satan!"

😮

To make a statement that the whole forum will tune me out because I
talk about Jesus is a threat. I do not care what you believe. I am stating
facts that can be used to ask questions and get answers to. If you don't
agree with the premise in the first place there is no need to keep telling
me. It makes no sense. I respect your opinion, although I totally
disagree. What more do you want from me?

Remember, this whole series started with an answer to Shakyamunison.
A question to me, which I answered that started all this ridicule.
I know what you want and what your used to. Anyone who mentions
Jesus is spit on. What do you expect me to say? Ephraim

Nah, saying that they'll tune you out is an opinion based on prior experience in the forum. A threat implies harm or ill-intent. I don't let KMC-stuff upset me, so neither of those are anywhere near true.

And people who mention Jesus aren't spit on. People who act like they control their threads, who insult others whenever you "didn't ask for their input" (leonheart, myself, probably others). So it's not that you're mentioning Christianity that's the problem, but that you're just telling us what you believe in long diatribes without actually engaging people in discussion.

Well I guess you expect me to read your mind when you say they will
tune me out if I mention Jesus. Your past experience is not a part of my
thought process. As for controlling my thread that is exactly what you
are doing. I have heard your opinion. Thank You, I respect your opinion.
There are others here I would like to hear from also. This group is just
not the property of two individuals. If you have a question that doesn't
feel like mockery, I might answer you. Ephraim

Thank you for answering my question.

There are older and more pure holy books then the bible. That bible has been changed and correpted. I suggest you read the Lotus Sutra and tell me what you think.

In the end, it is all a matter of interpretation/opinion, though, is it not? One sees what they wish to see, no matter what others believe, or purport to be the truth....

Some Protestant Bible commentators have equated the "beast" of Revelation chapter 13 with the Papacy. To this end, the letters of a title of the Pope, accepted as authentic from 8th - 16th century, Vicarius Filii Dei, are summed to total 666 in Roman numerals.

I doubt we'll ever truly know what (or whom) "John" meant to signify with 616/666. At least, I certainly hope we never do.

That book was taken out of the Cannon so many times and it should of stayed out. All it has done is caused confusion perpetuated postulation.
