It's not that he's discarted, it's that most characters he's put up against, like Green Lantern, are a few notches above him. Magneto's impressive, GL's are more impressive.

Well, the general population here know that GL's are top-tier, so it's not really an issue. And, you already know who put a GL against Vision, so I'd let that one go.😉
