Stalemate. Hulk gets incinerated pretty fast, but neither Firelord nor Torch will be able to do much to Jugs. At least they can fly and keep away from Jugs though, so there's not much he can do either.
Hulk took a nova flame very recently and his pants weren't even burned off.
He's survived RE-Entry with nothing on but his purple pants and according to NASA those temps are comparable to the ones on the outermost surface of the Sun.
He's been blasted by Fin Fang Foom to no effect, a weakend Hulk didn't even have Lava burn though his Muscle, though it burned off skin.
So no, Hulk doesn't get incinerated that easily.

I think he does since you stated yourself that Hulk can only survive temps up to the outermost surface of the sun. And Since Johnny Storm can reach temps up to 1 million degrees it trumps the 29 thousand degrees the Hulk is resistant to.

LMAO riiiight. Hulk has no chance against Firelord, and if Human Torch used his powers smart he could probly beat Hulk too.
Anyways, the fire duo wins. Firelord has KILLED the Hulk before in just two blasts, and he would do the same again. And Johnny can easily hold off Juggernaut (by staying airborne, keeping his distance) for the page or so that it takes Firelord to put down the Hulk. And personally, i believe a high end herald such as Firelord could probably hurt Juggy. Hell, Superman did it with a punch, and Onslaught did it through psionic energy, Firelord should be able to do it. And if not, he could easily bring him to the sun for a BFR in an instant, as Firelord's once flown 90 million miles in an instant.

AND AS U SAID THATS WAT U BELIEVE WHERES THE FACTS
Firelord easily killing a stronger version of the Hulk than the one fighting here. And it took a distraction and a spell from Wanda, Vision phasing through FL's chest seemingly putting a hole in his chest, Vision taking Firelord's staff taking away FL's flight, and then a huge punch from the dying Hulk to put FL down, and even then he was back up in the next issue:

Firelord, weakened, still taking down Ravenous, someone who took a planet destroying blast from the powered up Surfer, and it only made him mad:

(Last page shows Ravenous finally waking up 3 or 4 pages later from the blast that destroyed the base and popping out from under the rubble.)
Takes out Colossus easily with one shot:

Taking out the Surfer with a quick two-smash, two-blast combo:

Producing so much energy and fire that Surfer cant even absorb all of it and has to flee from Firelord's heat wave:

Easily destroying a planet-sized Meteor:

Easily destroying a planet:

With Red Shift helping out a bit, taking out a bunch of Seekers that were giving the Surfer serious problems:

The power of Air-Walker pales in comparison to Firelord's power:

And look how easily Air-Walker can own the Thing, someone's whose not really far from the Hulk in durability and strength:

Yea, Firelord would take the Hulk down easily. And then Juggernaut.
