If anything, they fall at #13. They're powerful, but they can't take on a small army.

I think they can beat Naga Sadow. he hasn't really shown anything impressive besides using hsi ship to blow up a star.

If this is just RotS Sidious, then Yoda and Dooku will defeat him. Yoda is his equal, and teamed up with Dooku, they'd win.

Meh. I agree that Palpatine is a firm notch or two above Count Dooku, as is Yoda - and I agree that he's Yoda's equal in combat - but I don't think he can (as of RotS) defeat the two of them in a single direct confrontation.

No. Yoda is his equal alone - and Dooku would add to the equation.

It'd be very difficult to decide the victor.

I would say they make it to 13. They might win because of the environment here. They could combine force powers and collapse trees etc on the enemy. And I would say they could take out a fair amount in saber combat. However they will probably get overwhelmed.
