wait i did drop it down by 5 cuz it origanlly said 725 for sayians , so does thta mean he gets his minamal abilitys???

YES thats why i mentione dit because you had 5 PL less, for 5 points it would be stuff, liek faster speed than normal, Tough skin, or random not so easy abilities like inviseability (I would not recommend for a saiyan) or something like being able to b undead (thats my personal fave)

Frieza exterminated the Saiyans, I htink he dbe a little skeptical about training on of the surviing ones, so i'll tell ya what, give your self three of the moves from Friezas Squadran but do a flash back of leanring them, post here which ou pick
