It's funny though, Anthony is the second strongest in power but he wont always win, say Anthony verses Jessica, the fight would be surprisingly close, same with Anthony verses Android 4, despite the power difference I could see Anthony having trouble with him. Terriban is the all out strongest though, no weaknesses against any character really, not that I can see anyway.
