i can't do the kao-ken attack cuz of the no ki attacks it so sucks !

Ki Punch - Uses his ki to create and glove-like aura on his hand than the punch will be stronger, or something like that

(btw, not sure if u can answer this but if a changeling transform, can he/she stay transformed? instead of reverting?)

Yeah I believe changeling transformations are permanent, but it's not like you'll be able to transform straight away, you'll be told when your character can transform.

I hope I was missed, well let me wsee, Kisame, Telekinisis is ok but one hyting, it is not an attack, it is a species abiliti that nearly any race may have, one catch,you must give up ten PL points, No Ki attacks at all, Ki Punch is an idea that can be taught or learnt eventually, but for now, no. Transformations ARE permanent, for Changelings and aliens who choose transformations, Kais do get Kaioken, as well as Metamorphasis, an dthey can only be killed by Majins, any oterh questions as me now

yeah i guess, we still have Sho the destructive Majin and i could, if i felt delisciously evil, make a mahin baddy to bust you up lol, but unlimited, or Ki absorbing will come in useful, but Anthony I suggest you make an evil char next time

Yargh name be Aaron not Anthony, anyway it's energy absorbing and probably the only loyal one too, whatever Dr Gero tells him to do he'll do evil or good...with in reason he wont commit suicide for him or anything.
