Mr. Terrific vs. Racoon City

Can Mr. Terrific somehow escape Raccoon City before the nukes go off exploding the town while evading crazed zombies, lickers, nemises, etc? Mr. Terrific gets two T-Spheres and can use whatever weapons/tools he can find to his advantage.
