Help On Animation siggy's!

Hey Guys I been working with photoshop 7 for about a month now and I kinda got the hang of it but i need some more advice and help i mean tutorials are good but i need some help like input on things. I am really trying to get some nice animation ones and I need help on other nice looking sigs. so If you guys could look at some of mine let me know
