ultimate colossus vs post-crisis supes (no speedblitz)

Supes melts him with hv.

when colossus is in his organic steel form, he can survive explosions as well as withstand extreme HEAT and cold..besides, im guessin that if supes uses his hv, colossus wont just be standin there!

And heat vision is way past Collosus' melting point if Supes wished it. But he'd probably just punch him a time or two..

A plasma blast from Havok knocked Colossus out. I know it sucks but it still happened.

Or Supes could whistle at him.

why wouldnt he have a choice? besides, does anybody know colossus' melting point? this aint plain steel..he easily clobbered (ultimate) thor, he could just as do the same to supes..

Well Colossus did have molten lava(I think) dumped on him and suffered no damage I'll give him that. But Supes hv is off the charts.

Superman caqn take Colossus...As much I hate to put two of my favourites up against eachother but Superman is just stronger.

You're right, it isn't just plain old steel. Actually, I think it's osmium steel. However, Colossus DOES have a melting point. Superman's heat vision is off the charts so no scientific measurements can calculate how hot he can make it. They can measure the heat of plasma (billions of degrees fahrenheit), but they can't measure his heat vision. So, it is incredibly hot, and it is more than Colossus could stand. Colossus goes down hard here.

And besides, I don't see why everyone's making an issue of the heat vision, it's not like Superman would need it here. Superman could just as easily punch him to the other side of the continent, if he wasn't trying.

Yeah, but one does explore all the aspects of anothers possible ways to win. 🙂 Heat vision is certainly a way to win.
