Most are less powerful than their comic counterparts. Even Superman.
This is mainly due to the fact that because of the # of comics they all have, they're bound to have some ridiculous feats that would seem almost silly in a movie. Supes has moved the moon...that rock in the movie was nothing compared to that (though add in the Kryptonite-factor and it becomes slightly more impressive).
I can't really think of one where the movie surpasses the comic's power.
Oh wait.

Superman spinning the world backwards to turn back time takes the cake I think.
I haven't seen the new movie, but 1970's Superman had the power to have all the powers.
Now, if you're talking about which one was closest to the comic book in terms of exhibiting power, I'd have to go with these three:
Bane - yes, he was a retarded braindead hulk compared to what he should've been, but strength-wise, he pretty much was all that he normally is in the comics. Movie was horrible in every way though, lol.
Daredevil - although the movie could've been slightly better, and shouldn't have spent so much time focusing on Elektra, he pretty much embodied the character's powers. Daredevil has never been a Class 100 type of guy, so he shouldn't have been in the movies. He used his powers in smart ways and he's shown agility and so forth in the film.
Beast - you've seen the movie.
If you're talking about which superhero has done the most impressive thing in the films, it'd have to go to one of these, in my opinion:
Magneto - guy does a bunch of cool things in the films.
Superman - mostly everything he does, he does with ease.
Wolverine - healing factor. Yeah, start complaining.
Well he wasn't a superhero, but that Absorbing Man from the end of the Hulk movie seemed pretty powerful. He could absorb practically anything, and the only thing that held him back was the fact that the Hulk had too much power to give. It'd be interesting to see how Superman from the movies fares against him.
In X-3 the Phoenix was pretty much killing everyone with little ease. She is the most powerful mutant on the planet. Remember what Magneto did with the bridge? Phoenix could have done it alot easier and faster. It took Wolverine to bring her to her senses, thats why the x-men didn't dare fight her. But back to the topic. Superman or Phoenix.
