I think scarlet, because he has nothing to lose, so he'll go to the end and kill the other one, because he would love to have peter's life.

Spidey cos he is much more experianced combatant and tactician then Ben Reilly ever was.

Scarlet Spider would never kill, hell he respects Peter to much to try and interfere in his life. Just because he has nothing to loose dosen't mean he will kill, and even though he would love to have Peter's life he said he would never take it because thats not who he is, thats why he remained Ben Reily when he was belibved to be the original. You've got his character slightly off.

Experience, better fighting ability Enchanced powers and New suit gives Spider-man the edge...

If the suit is part of the equation, then Spidey wins.

Most say that Scarlett is not as good a fighter, but he did beat Venom when Spidey could not. He's no slouch.

Minus the suit Spidey still has years and years of experience over Reily.

Spidey has taken down Venom many an occasion. The reason that Venom was loose at the time was cause he and Spider-Man had a truce at the time

Honestly. When Scarlet spider came out... and the continuity was finished.. I almost hated the fact that they retconned it back, since noone liked the idea of their favorite webslinger being the clone. I'd say it would be too close to call in a fight.

Here's the basic rundown. Peter Parker was approached by a man who claimed that the Peter we all knew and loved was actually a clone. The "real" Peter then adopted the identity of Ben Reily in order to separate himself from the Peter we all knew. Ben also had spider powers and as such briefly took the identity of Scarlet Spider before taking over as the new Spidey or a while. A while later Ben died and it was revealed that he in fact was the clone.
