Don't do it. I got it done years ago then played 5 a side (Soccer for all you American chaps) and got kicked on the nipple. I passed out. Not to mention the pain caused by car seat belts, guitar straps and pens in the breast pocket of a shirt. Get a tattoo instead. It's less painful in the longterm.
