To be fair if you look at the key, 3 is by no means an insult...it just means he's only capable of emitting a limited type of energy....for example one can be an UBER Ice wielder...but they'd still be stuck at 3 because the only energy they manipulate is Ice. I think 5 is where all psychics fall....6 is if you're a dual Psion...7 for reality warpers...and 8 for beings who manipulate all energy....the MU handbooks are absolutely useless...IMO...

about the surfer/hulk thing.......surfer is powered by the power cosmic and when he got caught in that world his power was taken away......hulk's gamma radiation wasn't taken away he was just reduced to the base level of hulk which is ridiculous. so using that battle as something is nothing really, also hulk caught surfer while surfer was fighting other people attacking him. show the whole fight instead of the picture, surfer was kicking hulk's ass
sentry is more powerful than the hulk, just live with it. hulk needs rage whereas sentry constantly draws power from everywhere. surfer is stronger than hulk, its called a fact considering he even took down the savage hulk. surfer is more powerful than and he reverted hulk right back to banner before so this conversation should not be taking place if u read so many comics
look how thanos deals with hulk whenever they meet, u think thanos can do that to sentry, no. look at Thor who beat hulk and thing with one arm and his powers blocked off with a jewel, could he do that to sentry......nope

did you know that orbital velocity is noty fast enought to beat teh earth's gravity , it's maintaing a balnce with the earth's gravity , at that speed sentry would not be able to leave thE earth !
