probably depends on what the reasoning was, did he do it in spite or defense? thats what they say on CSI at least lol 😄

It was in Gridiron Gang.
The father hit his mom, and then he came for the kid after smacking his around, the kid pulls out a gun, and 3 bullets in the chest.

Criminal Justice, is a growing field, also i would be able to give you lots of help. You could start of with a 2 year degree, and move on from there. Or you could still find a good Career in C.J. with that 2 year degree if you don't feel like continuing.

i'm still a junior in high school, and i told myself i was staying strictly away from jobs too "governmental"

Well, the kid would have the burden of proof, if the evidence shows that the father has abused him , or hurt him in the past, he could get away with it as long as he was affraid for his life. If its a stranger that enters your house, legally you can defend your self at any cost, even the guys life.

well seems like he had an intent to harm the kid and he acted out of self defense...... in the state i live in it would be legal to shoot him
