Just watch Next (Nickholas Cage), the guy's a precog and seems like a time manipulator, albiet limited.. Good movie all in all.

Did you break both bones in your wrist (radius and ulna)?
I had this happened to me, only the skin held my L-arm and L-hand together. It wasnt that painfull at first but say bout 10 mins later then it started to hurt badly. Your going to be in a cast for a few months eh? That sucks man, specially when it starts itching...
