I just read the first trade of All Star Superman, and I got to say, I hate Grant Morrison's work, but that was pretty good. I think he had a good grasp on Superman. In a way, it really felt like the beginning to Superman's "Dark Knight Returns" or something. Like, just a great way to send off a character. But don't spoil it for me, I'm not reading any more of it until the second trade comes out!
