From my understanding, Darwin bonded with Vulcan to save his life, Vulcan was always an Omega level mutant, it wasnt until after the events of HoM, that he was described to be "Beyond Omega", Because he bonded with all the ambient energy the depowered mutants let off.Vulcan could at will, use other peoples powers, he already had spectacular energy manipulation, omega level telekinesis.

Honestly no, I have scaned through a few issues in the past at my local comic shop, but besides that, wiki and marvel.com.Care to break it down?
Exposure to the displaced mutant energies made him into an Omega. But the other abilities aren't part of his powerset and neither is absorption of abilities.
You're really using two people. Darwin and Vulcan.
Rachel Summers easily separated out Darwin from Vulcan.

The most I could find was in his respect Thread, he shut off Rachael's Omega level powers, and also redirect cyclops optic blast.
On Marvel.com, it says he uses Sways and Marvel Girls abilities to taunt the X-men.
Hmm, I think I'll be going to pick up Deadly Genesis today.

There are other scans in his respect Thread where he just shuts off her powers and another scan where he mind rapes her, along with shutting off Cyclops power.
