this has happend to me before, i started to look after my neighbours kid at like 8am and she said she would pick him up at 10am, so i called my friends who were waiting for me and told them to go ahead and i would join them later....
the damn came to pick up the kid at like 6:30pm but i got like 90 bucks so its okay.
