Proteus turns Juggernaut and Shaggy man into pieces of cheese. They are indestructable but no match for reality manipulation.

Adam Warlock takes Exodus's soul.

Black Bolt KO's MM with a scream, while Loki turns cable into a flea.

Superman would get Thanos, and he is painfully outclassed.

Flash would be the biggest threat, but Surfer takes care of him.

Strange and Surfer fight Fate and Atom respectively, and stalemate them for the time being. Thanos also stalemates Hal for the time being

Magneto kills Doom with his own equipment, and goes to help out whoever needs it. He goes to help Thanos beat Hal.

Black Bolt and Majestic would be a great fight, but Black Bolt says "ahhhhh". And the proceeds to shout the rest of your team to death.

All this time Zoom and Flash get mind controlled by Cassandra and are forced to fight their own team.

Thor cooks up a god blast for Martian Manhunter. Dead.

Loki and Adam help whoever needs it. Loki turns the rest of them into urine and Adam takes their souls.

This team is unbeatable.

The then Juggy simply gets BFR'd. End of. Mind rape? Black Bolt just needs a whisper. It isn't to hard to open his mouth. Superman goes sundipping? Okay Thanos gets all of his tech and destroys him. Better yet, Loki gets the DA, since there's prep all of a sudden. And yeah, Surfer takes Flash.

Mr M is extremely powerful and also manipulates reality, plus has taught himself in numerous scientific fields so he takes out Proteus due to experience.
The Shaggy Man, Hulk, Superman, Martian Manhunter and Juggernaut take out your big hitters (easily)
