Rama Kushna v.s. Lucifer Morningstar

Sorry if this has already been discussed before but I'm a newbie here in this forum. So...

Who do you think would win if Rama Kushna (D.C.) & Lucifer Morningstar (D.C./Vertigo) fight in an all out battle?

If I'm right, Rama Kushna is just a minor goddess in DC.

There are speculations that she is part of The Presence himself.
I don't buy it though, unless someone can provide evidence.

Like the fella above said, there is a lot of yip-yap regarding Rama - but hardly anything to back it up.
