This is worse though. Don't get me wrong, the other two lawsuits are bullsh!t, but there was arguments in the McD's case about the nutrition facts not being posted at McD's and the coffee I heard was beyond hot (it was made extra hot so people could buy it, drive to work, and then still have it hot enough). But yeah, dumb....

The guy was on Jimmy Kimmel Live and they were asking everybody on the streets to I.D. him. Only women guessed he was Jordan and even then it was like a third of them.
