With no prep I doubt it. Fernus was seriously ripping all the heroes a new one. With prep they take it. Tony, Hank, Peter and Reed find a way to teleport Fernus into the N-zone

They get killed without prep with prep they win.

Reed with prep?well that depends he would have to find out how Fernus's powers work and to what degree and then counter everyone of them...if he can do that he would win.He would have to Focus on mindrape and speed as well as a way to actually put the bastard down...meh based on what i've heard they can pull it off.No prep they get stomped.

This is a horrificly sadistic fight.

Fernus would mind rape almost everybody before they had a chance to fight back. After that there simply isn't enough fire power left to take him down.

Symetric's right, this is unfair. At least give the team X-man, or Cable, Apoc, Xavier, or some other high end telepath. Otherwise he just mindrapes everyone. He mindraped the entire JLA in less than a minute. Even the flash. Lantern's ring didn't work either.
