Archangel vs. Doctor Octopus

doc oc is hunting archangel down. no punches pulled, no killing. doc gets adamatium harness, arch angel CAN use his poison darts. Who wins?

angel flies miles into the sky then flies down from behind doc and shoots a load of daggers at him without him knowing

doc could probably block but when a dagger poison hits him its over

Especially since according to marvel.com, archangel can be at least 10,000 feet in the air and just rain down lethal feathers at ock. Plus him eyesight range is far greater than humans.
